• Pro Plan: ₹497/month - 200,000 tokens
• Enterprise Plan: ₹799/month - 500,000 tokens

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through PayU
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for unused tokens

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content remain our property
• Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission
• You retain rights to content you create using the Service
• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection

7. License Declaration

Our platform integrates third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) models through secure API providers such as OpenRouter and official vendor APIs. We do not own these models. All usage is governed under the respective provider's license and Terms of Service:

All trademarks, service marks, brand logos, and names mentioned on this platform (including but not limited to Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral, X.AI, Qwen, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Zhipu AI) are the property of their respective owners. We use these names and marks purely for informational purposes to indicate which AI models and services are integrated into our platform. We do not claim any ownership or affiliation with these companies beyond being authorized users of their publicly available APIs.

7.3 Compliance Statement

We strictly comply with each provider's licensing terms and policies. Our platform:

• Does not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any AI models
• Does not rebrand or claim ownership of any third-party models
• Only provides API-based access for end-user interaction
• Maintains compliance with all applicable terms of service
• Respects usage limits and rate restrictions imposed by providers
• Does not store or cache model weights or proprietary algorithms

7.4 API Access and Infrastructure

Our service accesses AI models through:

• OpenRouter API: A unified API gateway that provides access to multiple AI models under their respective licenses
• Direct API Integration: Official APIs provided by model owners

All API usage is metered, authenticated, and compliant with the providers' commercial terms.

• Damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Triniva AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
• You may cancel your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases
• Some provisions of these Terms survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Siddha, West Bengal, India - 721168.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
